1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders or during peak seasons, there may be delays. We will notify you of any significant delay in processing your order.
Note: We offer cash on delivery only.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the weight of the package. We offer the following shipping options:

3. Shipping Locations
We ship domestically and internationally, with the following terms:
- Domestic Shipping: Available to all addresses
- International Shipping: Available to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination.
Please note that for international shipments, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Lost Shipments: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement.
- Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

If you provide incorrect or incomplete shipping information, Decor Intl is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately, and we will try to correct it before shipping.
